国土交通省「不動産情報ライブラリ」の過去の取引価格情報です。現在販売中の物件や
売出価格ではありません。
Prices come from Japan's MLIT Real Estate Library and reflect past transactions,
not homes currently for sale.
ピンが表示されません / No pins appear
広域すぎる場合は表示されません。地図をズームインしてください。
Zoom in; pins are not shown when the view is too wide.
想定月返済額の前提は？ / Assumptions for the monthly payment?
初期設定では頭金300万円・返済期間35年・年利0.5%・元利均等返済による概算です（予算・ローン設定で変更できます）。
By default, an estimate assuming a 3,000,000 yen down payment, 35-year term,
0.5%/yr, equal-payment amortization (you can change these in Budget & loan settings).
広告の設定を変えたい / Changing ad settings
画面上部の出典表示をタップして「このアプリについて」を開き、「広告の設定」からパーソナライズ広告の
表示可否を変更できます。iOS のトラッキング許可は「設定」アプリ →「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→
「トラッキング」から変更できます。
Tap the data-source line at the top of the map to open "About this app", then use "Ad settings"
to choose whether to see personalized ads. On iOS, tracking permission can be changed in
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
