当社は、本アプリにおけるユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。本アプリは iOS および Android 向けに提供されます。
ユーザーが許可した場合、地図を現在地周辺に表示する目的で、端末の位置情報を 利用します。位置情報は地図表示にのみ用い、当社が取得・保存することはありません（当社は 独自のサーバーを持ちません）。なお、地図の表示・取引価格の取得のため、表示中の地図の範囲が 地図提供元（Google）および国土交通省の API に送信されます（下記「2. 第三者サービス」参照）。位置情報の許可は端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。 許可しない場合でも、地図を手動で操作して本アプリを利用できます。
購入可能額の試算のために入力された年収などの値は、端末内（iOS: UserDefaults / Android: SharedPreferences）にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されません。
本アプリは広告配信のため Pangle（運営: Bytedance）を利用します。Pangle は、 初回起動時に表示する「広告の表示について」で回答いただいた後にのみ起動します （回答前は広告 SDK を一切起動せず、情報も送信しません）。
Pangle は広告の配信・計測・不正防止のために、広告識別子（iOS: IDFA ※トラッキングを 許可した場合のみ / Android: 広告 ID）、IP アドレスとそこから推定されるおおよその位置、 端末の情報（機種・OS・言語など）、広告の表示・タップなどの利用状況、診断情報を取得・ 処理する場合があります。これらは Pangle により取り扱われます。詳細は Pangle の プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください: https://www.pangleglobal.com/jp/privacy/enduser-ja
「パーソナライズ広告を表示する」を選んだ場合は、あなたの興味に合わせた広告を表示します （iOS ではトラッキングも許可した場合のみ）。「パーソナライズしない」を選んだ場合も 広告は表示されますが、パーソナライズはされません。この選択はアプリの「このアプリについて」→ 「広告の設定」からいつでも変更できます。Android の広告 ID は端末の設定（Google → 広告） からリセット・削除できます。

送信される情報・送信先・利用目的の一覧は「利用者情報の外部送信について」で 公表しています。
iOS では、「広告の表示について」でどちらを選んだ場合も、その後に広告識別子（IDFA）の 利用についてトラッキングの許可を求めるシステムのダイアログを表示します（アプリ内の選択とは 別の設定です）。許可しない場合でも非パーソナライズ広告を配信し、本アプリの機能は引き続き ご利用いただけます。
当社は、上記の広告配信に伴い Pangle と広告識別子等を共有する場合を除き、 ユーザーの情報を第三者へ販売しません。
本アプリは特に子どもを対象とした設計ではありません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は 本ページ上で告知します。

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user information in the JUDOU app ("the App"), available for iOS and Android.
With your permission, we use your device location to center the map near you. Location is used only for map display and is never collected or stored by us (we run no server of our own). To show the map and fetch prices, the visible map area is sent to the map provider (Google) and to the MLIT API (see "2. Third-party services"). You can change the location permission anytime in your device settings. The App remains usable by panning the map manually if you do not grant it.
Values you enter for the affordability estimate (such as annual income) are stored only on your device (iOS: UserDefaults / Android: SharedPreferences) and are not transmitted externally.
The App uses Pangle (operated by Bytedance) to serve ads. Pangle starts only after you answer the "About ads" prompt shown on first launch; until then the ad SDK is not started and no data is sent.
For ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, Pangle may collect and process an advertising identifier (iOS: IDFA, only if you allow tracking / Android: Advertising ID), your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device information (model, OS, language, etc.), ad interactions such as views and taps, and diagnostics. If you choose "Show personalized ads", we show ads based on your interests (on iOS, only if you also allow tracking). If you choose "Don't personalize", you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. You can change this at any time from "About this app" → "Ad settings" in the App. On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in the device settings (Google → Ads).

On iOS, whichever option you choose in "About ads", we then show the system tracking permission prompt before any use of the advertising identifier (IDFA). It is a separate setting from the in-app choice. If you decline, we serve non-personalized ads and the App remains fully functional.
We do not sell user information to third parties, except for sharing advertising identifiers and related data with Pangle for the ad delivery described above.
The App is not directed at children.
We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
