アプリ「住道 / JUDOU」（以下「本アプリ」）／ 提供者: Fuji Bit Inc.（以下「当社」）

当社は、本アプリにおけるユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。本アプリは iOS および Android 向けに提供されます。

1. 取得する情報と利用目的

(1) 位置情報

ユーザーが許可した場合、地図を現在地周辺に表示する目的で、端末の位置情報を 利用します。位置情報は端末上での地図表示にのみ用い、当社のサーバーへ送信・ 保存することはありません。位置情報の許可は端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。 許可しない場合でも、地図を手動で操作して本アプリを利用できます。

(2) 入力した年収などの情報

購入可能額の試算のために入力された年収などの値は、端末内（iOS: UserDefaults / Android: SharedPreferences）にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されません。

(3) 広告に関する情報

本アプリは広告配信のため Google AdMob を利用します。AdMob は広告の配信・ 計測のために、広告識別子（IDFA / 広告 ID）、おおよその位置、デバイス情報、 利用状況などを取得・処理する場合があります。これらは Google により取り扱われます。 詳細は Google のポリシーをご確認ください: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

3. App Tracking Transparency（iOS）

iOS では、広告識別子（IDFA）の利用にあたり、トラッキングの許可を求める ダイアログを表示します。許可しない場合でも、非パーソナライズ広告を配信し、 本アプリの機能は引き続きご利用いただけます。

4. データの共有・売却

当社は、上記の広告配信に伴い Google と広告識別子等を共有する場合を除き、 ユーザーの情報を第三者へ販売しません。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特に子どもを対象とした設計ではありません。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は 本ページ上で告知します。

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user information in the JUDOU app ("the App"), available for iOS and Android.

1. Information we collect and why

(1) Location

With your permission, we use your device location to center the map near you. Location is used only for on-device map display and is never sent to or stored on our servers. You can change the location permission anytime in your device settings. The App remains usable by panning the map manually if you do not grant it.

(2) Income and similar inputs

Values you enter for the affordability estimate (such as annual income) are stored only on your device (iOS: UserDefaults / Android: SharedPreferences) and are not transmitted externally.

(3) Advertising information

The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect and process an advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID), approximate location, device information, and usage data for ad delivery and measurement. 3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, we present a tracking permission prompt before any use of the advertising identifier (IDFA). If you decline, we serve non-personalized ads and the App remains fully functional.

4. Sharing / sale of data

We do not sell user information to third parties, except for sharing advertising identifiers and related data with Google for the ad delivery described above.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
